Mr. Shidesshtaran s/o Baskaran holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Multimedia University (MMU). He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025 after completing his pupillage at Messrs Aqielah Baskaran & Co under the guidance of Mr. Baskaran A/L Aruchunan.

Following his admission, Mr. Shidesshtaran joined Messrs Aqielah Baskaran & Co as a Legal Associate, where he continues to refine his expertise in various areas of legal practice.

During his pupillage, he developed extensive skills in legal research, drafting cause papers, preparing trial bundles, and assisting in courtroom proceedings. His experience includes drafting affidavits, letters of demand, and legal submissions, as well as managing case files, e-filing processes, and procedural compliance.

His extensive practice experience ranges from handling contractual disputes, Corporate and Commercial disputes, estate administration disputes, land fraud and asset recovery, professional negligence claims, single and joint petition proceedings, and insolvency and winding-up matters in various forums including Courts of Malaysia, Strata Management and Consumer Tribunals, Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Department of Manpower Malaysia (JTK) and Criminal matters in Remand Centres.
