Miss Neoh Pei Yan is a graduate from the University of the West of England, Bristol, holding a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons). After completing the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), she commenced her pupillage in Messrs. C W Loh & Associates under the tutelage of Mr. Loh Chang Woo. During her pupillage, she was exposed to general litigation, corporate, and conveyancing. She was then admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2017. Thereafter, she started her practice as a litigation associate in Messrs. G. Ragumaren & Co.
As a litigator, she has been actively involved in a broad range of general, corporate, and commercial litigation. She has handled numerous highly contentious matters and had also represented various individuals, private and public companies in the lower courts, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal.
Her practice experience consists of handling contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, tenancy disputes, disputes related to the administration of the estate, fraud and asset recovery, professional negligence, single and joint petition proceedings, and insolvency and winding up.
