From 2009 to 2015, Tan Seik Yen assumed the role of Office Manager at Quah & Yeap, further honing her leadership and organizational skills.

She reached a pivotal juncture in her career by becoming the Firm Manager at Messrs. Aqielah Baskaran & Co, in 2015, where she has remained a driving force behind the firm’s legal operations. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have played a pivotal role in upholding the firm’s reputation for delivering top-tier legal services.

In 2017, Tan Seik Yen obtained her Bachelor of Law (Honours) LLB and acquired her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2023 , further solidifying her qualifications and her commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal expertise.

Throughout her 20-year career, Tan Seik Yen has continued to be a seasoned professional in the legal field. Her expertise in conveyancing practice, coupled with her proficiency in property matters, estate and will, and family law, make her an invaluable resource for her clients and colleagues.
